You must ensure that you have adequate travel insurance of your own.

You must pay a non-refundable deposit of £50 immediately, and the balance by 1st February 2021.

Cancellation

If you have to cancel, we will do our best to recover as much money for you as possible. Bear in mind that the hotel will only give 100% refunds up to 60 days before the intended date of arrival, and then after that the refund reduces on a sliding scale, down to 0% within 7 days of arrival. We reserve the right to retain funds over and above the non-refundable deposit of £50 if necessary to cover irrecoverable costs associated with your booking.

If we have to cancel, we will endeavour to return to you as much of the fee as possible.

In either case, it is your responsibility to claim travel costs from your travel operator.

You must arrange suitable insurance.
